The Second Part of BBLSS training successfully held in Changzhou

The BBLSS training (Black Belt Lean Six Sigma) held in Changzhou during November 28 to December 1 was the second part of the whole training (the first part took place in HQ in France and the last part will be online in about 6 months, and people will present an LSS project in front of a certification jury to be certified or not). A total of 8 people from 5 sites participated in this training, among which SHENG Chengcheng, LI Pengcheng, and WANG Yufeng are from VCHA and Tianda sites.

It aimed to make people autonomous in continuous improvement project as a leader. The topics were:

• How establish a diagnostic?
• Lean major transformation process
• Advanced statistic
• Lean deployment methodology
• Management system
• Black Belt role

The training has changed a lot. In the past, the link between ‘Six Sigma’ and ‘Lean’ was not particularly closed. While this time we focused on the concept of integrating these two systems. Through this training, participants will be able to strengthen Industrial Excellence professionalism at Vallourec and become a real change agent part of Industrial Excellence community.
