Vallourec wins HRA Human Resource Value Award

On 28 March 2025, the “2025 Super A Conference and the 3rd Chief Talent Officer Leadership Summit” was held. The event was co-sponsored by the Beijing China-Foreign Enterprise Human Resources Association (HRA) and the Executive Education Center of Guanghua School of Management, Peking University, and strategically cooperated by Beijing Foreign Enterprise Human Resources Service Co., Ltd. (FESCO), was officially inaugurated at Guanghua School of Management, Peking University. Vallourec (China) Co., Ltd. was distinguished from nearly 100 competing companies for its exemplary practices and was honored with the “Best Employer in China Award”. Additionally, Ms. Lisa Li, Vice President of Human Resources Vallourec China, was recognized as the “Chinese Human Resources Leader Award” recipient.

Sponsored by HRA, the “HRA Human Resource Value Award” aims to explore human resource management cases with industry benchmarking significance and provide an innovation driving force for the sustainable development of enterprises. Since its launch in 2022, the competition has attracted hundreds of well-known companies to participate.

This year’s selection process was conducted over a period of seven months and involved a distinguished jury of professors from renowned business schools, senior industry experts and HRA directors. The selection process included multiple rigorous stages, such as preliminary evaluation, field research and expert final review. Ultimately, 29 cases were recognized as “China’s Best Employer Excellent Case” and “Chinese Human Resource Management Best Practice Excellent Case”, five companies were awarded “Excellent Case of Human Resource Value Comprehensive”, and four managers and more than 10 industry leaders were honored with the “Leader of the Year” and “Outstanding Contribution Award”, respectively.


These cases exemplify best practices in the industry and have achieved significant breakthroughs in human resource management theory. Notably, it has achieved remarkable results in promoting the digital and intelligent transformation of enterprises, driving the collaborative growth of individuals and organizations, and building a new ecosystem of employee experience.
